YARDI IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST


Location: Southern New Jersey

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Yardi Administrator/Implementation Specialist to lead and support our property management software initiatives. This role focuses on the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Yardi and related systems to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure system functionality, user compliance, and process improvements, while providing technical expertise and support.



Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of Yardi systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including user setup, deactivation, role assignment, permissions, and access control.
  • Configure and update software systems, including workflows, approval processes, page layouts, dashboards, reports, and integrations.
  • Maintain and optimize system integrations with third-party applications, including Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Drive data quality initiatives by evaluating, customizing, and implementing tools to automate critical processes.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver user training during onboarding and as needed to support ongoing system adoption and proficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address deficiencies in business processes, recommending and implementing technical solutions.
  • Partner with external consultants for large-scale implementations or upgrades.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and Yardi enhancements to continuously improve system functionality and performance.
  • Provide second-level technical support and root cause analysis for software-related issues.



Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with 2+ years in a Yardi/RealPage administrative role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with software integrations and data management.
  • Strong understanding of Yardi architecture, configuration, and reporting capabilities.
  • Proven experience in project management, system configuration, and delivery.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting software and system issues, with a focus on user-centric solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear articulation of technical concepts.
  • Creative and analytical problem solver with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with tools such as RealPage, Salesforce, Tableau, and MuleSoft.
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives, such as Six Sigma or Trailhead training.
