h5 Job Description Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant Div./Dept.: Human Resources Reports to: Human Resources Manager Work Hours: M-F 8:00-17:00 (1 hour lunch) Working Style: Office Salary Range: $60- 65K base This position is mainly supporting Japanese Expatriates.
Expats support (payroll, VISA, Tax, support for new expats orientation and expats exit activities)
- Communicating outside vendors, lawyers, government offices and other related organization
- Maintaining expats information in confidential manner
- Providing necessary support to the expats
Reception
- Taking care of answering interphone, and visitors, delivery.
General Affair
- Providing office support: office maintenance, supply orders, safety, office event coordination, mailing, other GA related subjects
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Executives
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills: Japanese Bilingual
- 3-4 years of administrative support experience in the professional environment in the US
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PP)
