As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated Employment Law Attorney to join our team. Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Employment Law Attorney to handle a variety of cases related to discrimination, wage and hour disputes, harassment, wrongful termination, and other employment-related matters . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both state and federal employment laws and will be responsible for managing all aspects of litigation from discovery to trial preparation .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a diverse caseload of employment law matters, including discrimination (harassment, age, race, gender), wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination .
- Represent clients in both individual and class action cases, including PAGA claims .
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, and oral arguments .
- Develop case strategies, identify key legal issues, and work toward favorable resolutions through settlement or trial .
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements .
- Maintain strong client communication , ensuring clients are informed of case progress and developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to build and strengthen case strategies .
