Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our mechanical construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Oversee procurement processes, including the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale mechanical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
