Validation Engineer ( Contract)

Target Pay Range: $50.00 - $55.00/hour (W2, with full employee benefits)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a mid-level Validation Engineer with experience in liquid filling to support the installation and validation of a new liquid fill line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in validation engineering, including protocol writing and executing validation activities under team guidance. Experience in working within a regulated manufacturing environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Quality teams to develop and finalize validation documentation and validation studies.

Design, draft, and route validation specifications for internal approvals.

Execute and document Installation Qualification (IQ) protocols for the new liquid fill line.

Conduct characterization studies to assess the need for Operational Qualification (OQ).

Perform and document Performance Qualification (PQ) following IQ and OQ completion.

Work closely with Clinical Services resources to operate equipment, perform testing, and collect data.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design and execute engineering and characterization studies.

Required Qualifications:

Mid-level experience in validation engineering, with a focus on liquid filling operations.

Hands-on experience in writing and executing validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).

Familiarity with validation documentation, including SAT, URS, VCR, DQ, IQOQPQ.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
