*Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network*, has a need for a *Dental Hygienist* with a well-established DSO. *Conveniently located in Fenton, MO *
* Currently have 1 Hygienist and need two more due to growth
* 4.5 day work week!
* *$45+ an hour and bonus incentives*
* Supporting one doctor and 2 EFDA's

*Duties*
* Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages, including children in pediatric dentistry settings.
* Assess and document patient medical histories, vital signs, and oral health conditions.
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
* Assist in the review of documentation and medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
* Collaborate with dentists and other dental staff to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Maintain infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
* Provide assistance during dental procedures as needed, ensuring patient comfort throughout treatments.
* Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.

*Skills*
* Proficiency in general dentistry practices, with experience in pediatric dentistry being a plus.
* Strong knowledge of dental office procedures, including documentation review and medical records management.
* Ability to take vital signs accurately and assess patient health conditions effectively.
* Excellent communication skills to educate patients about oral health care effectively.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Familiarity with infection control standards and best practices within a dental clinic setting.
* A compassionate demeanor with the ability to work well with children and diverse patient populations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
