We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for this position. You will be responsible for formatting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence; calendaring/ scheduling and deadline management; electronic filing; coordinating travel arrangements, and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will be a pleasure to work with, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Required Experience and Skills:3+ years of litigation experience, required

Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat

Superb grammar, communication, and interpersonal skills with a helpful, proactive mindset

Understanding of litigation and e-filing procedures

Solid organizational and time management skills

High accuracy and attention to detail when proofreading and typing
