LHH is working with a Civil Litigation firm, located in Manhattan Beach, CA, in seeking a skilled Contract Litigation Attorney. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in civil litigation, demonstrating expertise in prepping pleadings/motions, discovery, and document review.

Responsibilities:Legal Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

Pleadings and Motions:

Prepare, draft, and file pleadings and motions in a timely and accurate manner.

Discovery:

Manage the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and participate in discovery-related proceedings.

Document Review:

Conduct comprehensive document review, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the case.

Qualifications:California Bar Admission:

Must be an active member of the California State Bar.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in civil litigation defense.

Pay Details:

$70.00 to $85.00 per hour
