Job Details: Machine Setup and Operator (Wire Processing)Schedule: 6:30am - 4:00PM Monday - Thursday, Fridays 6:30am - 10:00amPay Rate: $17-$19/hrMachine Setup and Operator (Wire Processing) Job Description:

Performs machine setups including applicators, de-reelers, and is responsible for proper selection of wire type, color, and guage.Performs setups, calibrations, and adjustments of equipment for production use.Performs air compressor and lead maker preventative maintenance.Executes the production schedule provided by the Prep Room Supervisor and reports daily production numbers.Maintains production levels to support the production schedule.Performs visual and mechanical inspections required during the production process.Works closely with all team members to support the production process and the goals of the organization.Makes recommendations to the Manufacturing Supervisor regarding improvements that could/should be implemented.Integrates quality as a major component of the production process.Machine Setup and Operator (Wire Processing) Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum 3 years experience working in a manufacturing environment.Experience with operating and maintaining equipmentMust have computer skills, ERP, Microsoft Office, etc.Why work with us?
