Overview: Seeking a Plant Manager with 5+ years of experience in metal manufacturing plant management, proficient in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, overseeing daily operations.

Must Haves / Mandatory:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a metal manufacturing plant management role
• Proficient in shop floor metrology and inspection tools (height gauge, gauges, micrometers)
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Fundamentals
• Proven track record of increasing production efficiency and quality
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have / Preferred:

• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma
• Experience with innovative VAVE solutions
• Familiarity with creating visual work instructions

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in metal manufacturing plant management
• Shop floor metrology and inspection tools experience
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, and PPAP processes

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily operations, including production scheduling, inventory, process management
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and environmental standards
• Manage plant budget and identify areas for cost reduction
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of supervisors and production personnel
