You will be handling phone calls, emails, order entry and quoting. You will need to be polite, professional, and focused on providing excellent customer service. You’ll be part of our Engineered Fastening team located in Danbury, CT (This is a Hybrid position - 3 days in office/2 days remote). You’ll get to:nnAccept customer inquiries and orders via various methods (phone, internet, fax).nnProvide quality answer to pricing, availability, tracking, and order status.nnProvide invoices or packing slips and certificates as requested.nnProcess orders using an order ship and bill system.nnInitiate quotation requests utilizing the Salesforce CRM software.nnAccept ownership for things that cannot be resolved immediately, and proactively follow up.nnAccount coverage when needed.nnEscalate to Customer Service management when required.nnThe Person:nnYou love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
