This includes creating quotations for our sales team using product configurators, entry of simple product orders, coordination of product delivery with manufacturing and maintaining a schedule with alignment to forecast expectations.nnSuccess in this role will include the ability to manage projects using multiple resources from the quotation stage to job completion. This individual will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, have an attention to detail and be well organized. In addition, must demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal communications, along with the ability to utilize, learn and adapt to business processes, product and technology.nnThe Job:nnAs a Vertical Support Specialist, you’ll be working as a remote employee.nnYou’ll get to:nnUse vendor provided configurator to construct vertical lift module quotations for direct customers and sales representativesnnCommunicate delivery expectations and customer requirements to vendor project managers for specific customer ordersnnWork with purchasing department to request purchase orders for vendors for material and installationnnPrepare documents to solicit bids from preferred list of vendors (independent contractors) for installation quotationsnnEvaluate and understand standard and complex installation responsibilities for both the installation team and customer on projectsnnResolve basic issues on job-sites, such as installers/customers not fulfilling the agreed upon responsibilities, improper working conditions and damaged material. Report escalated conflicts to team lead and supervisornnRegularly communicate information to the territory sales manager, customer and installation team, such a material delivery schedule, delivery expectations, and special equipment included on the ordernnProvide basic technical support on product to installers and customers, consulting internal technical support teamnnUpdate internal systems with status updates and information on manufacturing, shipping, delivery and installationnnSupport manager in preparing project forecast of projects for each month and quarternnThe Person:nnYou love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
