The main objectives of this high-impact role are focused on supporting the key HR strategies to attract, engage, develop, reward, and retain a diverse, highly qualified, and culturally aligned employee base. You’ll get to:nnProvide a full range of day-to-day HR support to the local team including staffing, employee/labor relations, performance management, organizational development, benefits, compensation, and training & development.nnIdentified opportunities for continuous improvement in internal processes and makes constructive suggestions for change. Develop appropriate plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment.nnImplement and monitor adherence to all organization-specific Human Resource related policies, procedures, and practices, act as a liaison to staff regarding policies.nnDrive employee engagement through effective communication, employee events and activities.nnWork collaboratively with employees, supervisors, and managers to resolve employee relations issues and maintain an open-door policy.nnWeekly responsibility for payroll submission through ADP Time and Attendance (ie review of hours/missed punches)nnManage the Leave of Absence and Worker’s Compensation Administration through our 3rd party vendorsnnWorks cohesively with all functional organizations (at all levels) to deliver expected results consistently.nnPromote strong relationships between the Company and the Community to develop good corporate citizenship.nnProvide ongoing support for departmental reporting needs, including data analysis and recommendations.nnPartner with union leaders to establish solid working relationships and create a high-performance work team.nnProvide guidance and mediation to employees and managers in the resolution of work-related issues and inquires.nnPartner with SR HR Manager on a variety of tactical and project work.nnOther duties as assigned.nnThe Person:nnYou love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
