WHO we're looking for: We are looking for a Rewards Analytics & Operations Manager who will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing the Rewards program. You will leverage advanced analytics techniques to uncover insights, measure performance, and identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Role and Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics framework to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure program effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in customer behavior.
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques (e.g., regression analysis, time series analysis) to forecast future trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.
Program Optimization:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize program mechanics, such as point accrual, redemption, and expiration rules.
- Analyze customer segmentation and targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and personalization.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate the impact of different program elements and identify best practices.
Operations Management:
- Manage daily operational tasks related to the rewards program.
- Oversee points issuance, redemption, and expiration processes.
- Manage customer segmentation and targeting for campaigns.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Platform & Technology:
- Work with technology teams to maintain and enhance the rewards platform.
- Manage data integrations with other systems (e.g., C360, Braze).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure platform stability.
Campaign Support:
- Support the Rewards Program in developing and executing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage campaign targeting and segmentation.
Customer Insights:
- Leverage customer data to understand preferences, behaviors, and needs.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies to tailor rewards and promotions to specific customer groups.
- Conduct customer surveys and feedback analysis to gather insights and inform program enhancements.
Required Experience and Education:- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL (Python or R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Experience with loyalty programs or CRM systems is a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze) is a plus.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization is a plus.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices is a plus.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
