  • Investigate and address incoming written and electronic dispute inquiries, ensuring compliance with established department procedures and deadlines
  • Identify and report any issues related to credit bureau reporting to management
  • Verify and update consumer debt information in relevant reporting systems
  • Maintain appropriate documentation of dispute investigations as required by applicable regulations
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment to complete tasks and meet operational objectives
  • Meet established productivity and performance standards
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
