The HR Data Analyst is responsible for supporting HR system transitions by building templates and documents, managing data mapping and cleanup, and preparing data for migration. This role also ensures the successful execution of user acceptance testing (UAT), reviews and archives job profiles, and organizes employee documentation to support system readiness and compliance.
