Position Overview:
Our client is looking for a Lead Pricing Analyst to develop and implement strategies that maximize profitability and market share. This role demands overseeing the analysis of complex data sets to predict pricing trends, evaluate the impact of pricing adjustments on revenue, and deliver actionable insights to top management. This position also involves leading a team that collaborates with sales, marketing, finance, and product development to ensure pricing structures are competitive and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Pricing Strategy Development: Direct the pricing team to develop and execute pricing strategies that support the organization's objectives.
- Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of historical sales data, competitive pricing, market trends, and customer demands to shape pricing decisions.

- Reporting and Insights: Track pricing performance against compliance and business goals, delivering detailed reports to senior management.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 7 years in pricing or financial analysis, demonstrating successful revenue growth through strategic pricing; leadership experience beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in dynamic pricing and revenue management.
- Professional certification in Pricing, Data Analytics, or Finance.
