We represent a non-profit in NYC that needs to hire a full-time, HRIS Administrator on a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) basis. This new hire will convert into a full-time W2 employee of the organization after 3 months of contracting with them.
This company operates on a hybrid basis, 3 days a week on-site (Tuesday-Thursday) and they work from home every Monday + Friday.
An hourly pay rate is being offered around $40-50/hr for the initial 3 month contracting period.
A base salary around 80K-90K is being offered upon the full-time conversion + Great Benefits/PTO

- Bachelor's Degree (Hard Requirement)
- Ceridian Dayforce Admin (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
- Workday Admin (Willing to consider this as long as open to getting trained up on Dayforce)
