Pay: $50,000-$65,000
Job Responsibilities:
- International support
- Manages the onboarding process for new hires
- Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management
- Assists with processing of terminations and offboarding
- Completes employment verifications
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
- Assist in the HRIS implementation project
- Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
- Assist in ad-hoc HR and Talent projects and initiatives, like collection of employee feedback, reporting, etc.
- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
- At least two years related experience required
- International Experience
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
