We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the banking sector for an experienced Contract Review Analyst. This role is ideal for a North Carolina-based professional with 5+ years of experience in contract entry and audit-related work. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of contract data during a system transition and legacy data review process.

About the Role:

The Contract Review Analyst will focus on reviewing, validating, and updating key data points within contracts to align with system records. This position supports the transition to a new contract management system, providing operational support, data analysis, and reporting to ensure a seamless migration.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

* Source, compile, and interpret contract-related data for accuracy and efficiency.

* Analyze discrepancies between contracts and system records, ensuring alignment of key data points (e.g., start/end dates, contract numbers).

* Effectively communicate findings and analysis outputs to stakeholders.

Operational Support:

* Respond to inquiries and provide day-to-day support for contract entry and management operations.

* Identify process improvements and assist in implementing enhancements to standard practices.

* Serve as a resource for contract data inquiries across business units.

Identifying Objectives:

* Determine business needs through analysis and reporting of contract management processes.

* Suggest strategies to improve accuracy and efficiency in contract data workflows.

* Assist in creating documentation, including specifications and project plans, to communicate objectives to wider teams.

Reporting:

* Produce reports on data trends, discrepancies, and process capabilities.

* Highlight patterns, issues, and opportunities for improvement within the contract management process.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Review contract details, ensuring system data points (e.g., start/end dates, other checkpoints) align with the source agreements.

* Assign and validate contract numbers as part of the review process.

* Support the transition to a new contract management system, ensuring all legacy contract details are accurately migrated.

* Continue reviewing and validating contract data post-transition to maintain system integrity.

Required Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in contract entry, data validation, or audit-related work.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and updating records.

* Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to assess and improve processes.

* Proficiency in contract management systems and understanding of data workflows.

* Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.

* Experience with system migrations or transitions, particularly involving contract management systems.

* Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in contract management and auditing.

* Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines and project goals.

Work Environment:

This is a contract role supporting a key system migration and legacy data review project. Candidates must be based in North Carolina to be considered.
