ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Field Marketing Manager working hybrid in Seattle, WA to support our premier client’s business enterprise solutions team. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in designing and delivering Integrated Marketing Campaigns. This is a 6-month contract role that offers the opportunity to join a dynamic, growing team in a high-impact role working closely with sales.
Responsibilities:
- Deeply know and advocate for the customer: Who they are, their pain points, where and how we can reach them, and the value proposition that we can uniquely offer to delight them as we meet their needs.
- Develop and execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns (IMCs) to reach and engage these senior decision makers.
- Design and deliver field marketing motions like Executive Engagement Events, Webinars, Trade Shows/Conferences, Sponsorships and Email.
- Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Sales Enablement, and Product stakeholders, as well as external agencies and partners.
- Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes.
Required Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience with Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- 2-4 years of experience with Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Field Marketing experience – B2B Sales
- Strategic thought leadership
- Experience with project management tools such as Sales force, Airtable, Asana, etc.
- 1-2 years of experience with email campaigns, event marketing management, developing webinars, and/or executive engagement programs.
