We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and drive business growth by selling our industry-leading loss prevention products.
Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in generating new business, maintaining customer relationships and driving revenue for the company. This individual will be responsible for managing incoming leads, conducting outbound sales calls and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is results-driven, has strong communication skills and has a passion for technology-based solutions in loss prevention.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Management: Manage and qualify inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts.
Outbound Sales: Conduct outbound calls to prospect new clients, generate interest and secure new accounts.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring they are fully satisfied with our products and services.
Sales Presentations: Provide product information and deliver tailored sales presentations via phone, video and email.
Quote Preparation & Order Processing: Prepare and send quotes to prospective clients, process orders and follow up on order statuses.
Customer Support: Assist customers with questions about our loss prevention products, provide technical assistance and ensure a smooth customer experience.
CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system, including customer interactions, leads and sales activity.
Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, new products and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or technology-related products.
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals over the phone.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and understand technical product features, especially in the loss prevention sector.
Customer-Centric: A passion for customer service that focuses on building long-term client relationships.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar platforms.
Goal-oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Education Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Compensation & Benefits: $55,000-$75,000
