Comfortable reading and recommending business unit level provisions in contracts to increase control and value for money.
Capable of doing several contract reviews per week, guiding the business unit through their list of pain points and able to recommend items they should consider provisioning in the contract, and possibly helping them with redlines before a contract goes to Legal for review.
Oversees and guides processes surrounding contract submissions, redline/revert process with vendors, continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
Assist the BU’s with standard RFx process, response forms, evaluation process and down-selection to finalists.
Assisting senior level manager in the Vendor Management Office in IT SPACE
Area is responsible for sourcing, procurement and vendor management.

Negotiate contracts-know how to read contacts understands and articulate it. know any provisions mean
Redline an agreement, to Increase control and productivity, penalties and etc. help business understand why these are critical and that they need to slow down until those provisions are set and good in contracts.
Contract manager-contracts specifically with IT, tech or software. Ideal-the person had software or IT services contacts. Doesn’t have to be hardware or software. Software SAAS Agreements or Managed service Agreements or professional agreements for implementation
Responsible for 98% of legal work with business mgmt-
They have to be able to Review contract and comfortable with a couple of contracts a day.
Not really worried about years of experience. In her experience years do not necessarily mean results.
She will prefer people who have worked in all of the tasks even if a smaller company, rather than someone who worked in a bigger company and had a very narrow focus.
Open to years of experience. She really does not care about years.
