Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Manager/Senior Manager - Brand & Growth to lead the charge in driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with deep expertise in DTC e-commerce, retailer marketing strategies, and brand management. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that will grow our customer base, enhance our retail partnerships, and strengthen our brand presence across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy that elevates our market positioning and resonates with our target audience.
  • Growth Marketing: Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns across digital channels, including paid media, email marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships.
  • E-commerce: Optimize the DTC shopping experience to drive conversions, improve customer retention, and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Retail Partnerships: Collaborate with retail partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, co-branded campaigns, and retail-specific activations.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to inform strategies and improve ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact and efficiency.

 

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, or a related role, preferably in the beauty, personal care, or wellness industries.
  • Proven success in DTC e-commerce marketing, including hands-on experience with Shopify, email marketing platforms, and digital advertising tools.
  • Experience managing retail marketing initiatives with major retailers (e.g., Target, Walmart,  Sephora, Ulta).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for oral care, beauty, or wellness, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

 

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package. Salary range is $70-90k plus annual bonus upon meeting company and professional goals. Our salary range is firm and dependent on relevant experience.
