POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Generalist will manage various day-to-day tasks, while working on key initiatives in areas across HR. He/she will partner with the VP, Human Resources to act as a resource to employees regarding HR related matters, including payroll, benefits, and onboarding/offboarding processes. The HR Generalist will also be responsible for the creation and management of the full-cycle recruitment processes from JD development, posting, sourcing to the offer stage.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Identifies ways to improve operational efficiency, Routes questions to the appropriate area.
- Develops knowledge of general HR practices; Executes transactions with minimal errors.

- Possesses operational/processing expertise for assigned task; Develops basic knowledge of HR metrics; Develops basic knowledge of competitors; and Gathers, assembles, and reports HR metrics, and KPIs for programs and initiatives.
- Understanding of recruitment market and sourcing candidates from jobsites and other alternative sources and techniques.
- Solid capability in interviewing candidates and screening resumes to mine for the right talent; Ability to work independently and be a good team player; Able to work with targets and meet deadlines; superb ability to multitask and manage candidates along with clear communications to hiring managers on process and hiring goals.
- Ability to embody the agency brand and story and be a brand ambassador to external audience; Ability to work under time pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment; and Facilitate in planning and building pipeline management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or Advertising
- Four to six years of experience in human resources/talent acquisitions with a focus within Media, Tech and Data optimal but not preferred.
- Campus recruitment experience highly preferred.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Multi-cultural brand recruitment highly preferred
