About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Sales - West to lead and provide strategic direction to three regional field sales teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales budget, balancing travel across the regions, and building relationships with strategic partners.Applicants must have a proven track record in executive-level management, with a minimum of 10 years' related work experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Specific qualifications include a valid driver's license, a minimum of 7 years' supervisory experience, and a strong background in sales, particularly in the wireless industry. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader, comfortable with cross-functional collaboration, and have a high degree of emotional intelligence. The role demands a leader who is a culture catalyst, capable of keeping teams engaged and motivated while driving towards company objectives.
