About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Sales - West to lead and provide strategic direction to three regional field sales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the assigned markets and regions, including the development and execution of competitive strategies. This role serves as the executive link between the SVP, Boost Sales, dealers, and field sales teams, and requires a leader who can inspire large teams, drive a culture of accountability, and is adept at change management. The VP will also be a subject matter expert in distribution, providing market insights, and shaping go-to-market approaches. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales budget, balancing travel across the regions, and building relationships with strategic partners.Applicants must have a proven track record in executive-level management, with a minimum of 10 years' related work experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Specific qualifications include a valid driver's license, a minimum of 7 years' supervisory experience, and a strong background in sales, particularly in the wireless industry. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader, comfortable with cross-functional collaboration, and have a high degree of emotional intelligence. The role demands a leader who is a culture catalyst, capable of keeping teams engaged and motivated while driving towards company objectives. The VP will be expected to own the overall sales performance for the assigned area, be responsible for budget attainment, and manage a large sales team.
