About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for its Automate business segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a field sales organization, driving new strategic go-to-market plans, and fostering a customer-for-life mantra. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the automation of business processes and data management. The VP of Sales will be expected to have a deep understanding of the market, be data-driven, and take an analytical approach to sales optimization. They must also be adept at building and developing a top-tier sales team, with a focus on industry and solution domain knowledge.Applicants for the VP of Sales position should have at least 15 years of professional experience, with a strong background in enterprise software sales, particularly in the SAP market. The role demands a leader with a growth-oriented mindset, experience in evolving sales teams to SaaS models, and a global orientation. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to create loyalty and followership, as well as a strong financial acumen and operational rigor. A background in Force Management and experience in leading enterprise-wide transformation is highly valued. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, as well as a consultative and participative management style. A BS/BA, MBA, or equivalent is preferred.
