About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Sales for its fast-growing ultrasound segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing the sales team, and developing and executing sales strategies. This role requires a hands-on approach to selling, with a focus on meeting sales quotas, identifying and closing new business, and managing the sales pipeline. The VP of Sales will also be tasked with providing transparent and consistent management input, and reporting on business status, and will be expected to travel extensively to client sites and industry events.Candidates for the VP of Sales position should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in selling enterprise solutions, with at least 5 years in the healthcare industry. A strong network and a proven track record in selling B2B SaaS-based solutions to key accounts in the healthcare sector are essential. The role demands a leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with executives and clinical professionals, and a deep understanding of medical terminology, disease states, and clinical pathways. The ideal candidate will be action-oriented, resilient, and able to manage and lead a team effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or similar software is required, and the role involves approximately 50% travel.
