The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Human Resources to join its team during a period of significant transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic, proactive, and innovative HR leadership, seamlessly integrating into the executive management team, and bringing best HR practices to modernize processes and build a robust, employee-friendly HR infrastructure. This role involves leading a small team of HR professionals, ensuring a positive and progressive culture, and overseeing all HR functions, including employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and recruitment/retention.Applicants for the SVP of Human Resources position at the company should have a progressive executive leadership background in HR management, with a proven ability to be a strategic partner to executive management. The role requires a strong track record in people leadership and team development, as well as outstanding interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree or equivalent work experience preferred, and relevant HR certifications are desired. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing the changing workforce composition and be committed to fostering a culture that evolves with organizational transitions.
