About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary and mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its independent, not-for-profit, rural health system. The CEO will be responsible for the organization's strategy and operations, with a key focus on strengthening financial position, reducing costs, and improving operational performance. The role requires a leader with a strong background in healthcare operations, and financial management, and a proven track record of achieving strong financial, quality, and operational performance. The candidate should be an effective communicator, a skilled relationship builder, and have experience in partnering with physicians. Key responsibilities for the CEO include fostering a culture of high-quality, patient-centered care, and ensuring the organization's long-term success. The role also demands a leader who is politically astute, committed to diversity, and can effectively manage through influence.
