About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development to play a pivotal role in the execution of its M&A strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the M&A pipeline, evaluating opportunities, leading diligence activities, and providing transaction and analytic support. This role requires the development of research, analyses, and financial models to drive business case development, as well as close collaboration with executive leadership, finance, and legal teams. The Vice President will also be involved in advising the Executive Team and Board on growth and diversification initiatives, identifying and managing risk factors, and supervising and mentoring junior team members.Applicants for the Vice President of Corporate Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' experience in M&A transactions, with a strong track record of execution and leadership. The role demands the ability to create sophisticated financial models, drive business decisions, and operate with a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset, strong executive presence, and excellent communication skills. Experience in a similar corporate development or M&A role, particularly with a focus on professional services firms, is preferred. The role is suited to an individual who is hungry, intellectually curious, and creative, with exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills, and excellent business judgment.
