This executive will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate development strategies, conducting market analysis, and leading the financial modeling and due diligence processes for various business opportunities. A strong background in corporate development, finance, strategic planning, and business development within the technology industry is essential, as is a proven track record in leading and executing complex M&A transactions and strategic partnerships.Applicants for the VP of Corporate Development position at the company should have a BA/BS in business administration, finance, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or related roles within the technology sector is required. The role demands a visionary professional with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of emotional intelligence, strategic agility, and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
