About the Role
The Company is in search of a President/Chief Executive Officer to succeed the current leader. The successful candidate will be an innovative and strategic executive responsible for directing the overall operations of the organization to ensure financial stability. A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten years of executive experience in the credit union or banking industry are mandatory, with a CCUE, CPA, or CMA designation being desirable.The President/Chief Executive Officer will be expected to have a proven track record in executive leadership within the financial services sector, with a deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to the values of the organization. The role is pivotal in maintaining the company's mission and vision, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring that the organization continues to grow and serve its members effectively.
