About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of fostering vibrant and healthy communities through meaningful, community-led collaboration. The CEO will be a strategic and multi-faceted leader, co-creating the organizational vision and facilitating the transformation of current health and social care systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization meets urgent needs and reduces barriers to well-being, particularly for individuals and groups facing systemic inequities. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding the organization's commitment to equity, well-being, and a sense of belonging, and will work closely with the Board of Directors to drive key strategies forward.Candidates for the CEO position should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in leading teams, supporting staff development, and facilitating cross-sector planning in politically complex environments. The role requires a deep understanding of federal and state health policies, as well as health and social services delivery systems, with a focus on mitigating risks for system users. The ideal CEO will have a proven track record in change management, inclusive leadership, and the ability to develop and lead high-functioning teams. An advanced degree in a related field is required, and experience in technology and online collaboration tools is essential. The CEO will also be expected to be a visible champion for an inclusive and equitable work environment, with a strong commitment to the values of the organization.
