About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Institutional Advancement to spearhead a dynamic and cohesive strategy for substantial growth in fundraising and alumni engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the institution's efforts to secure the necessary resources to realize its vision and mission, with a strong focus on major gifts, capital campaigns, and sustainable alumni giving. This role demands a strategic leader who can craft and execute a comprehensive advancement strategy, accelerate fundraising momentum, and enhance the alumni giving program to cultivate lifelong relationships. The Vice President will also be tasked with fostering a culture of philanthropy, strengthening alumni networks, and overseeing marketing and communication strategies that effectively promote the institution's advancement goals.Applicants for the Vice President for Institutional Advancement position at the company should ideally possess a bachelor's degree and at least ten years' experience as a senior-level advancement professional in higher education.
