Our client, a leading healthcare system with 13 hospital campuses and numerous outpatient care locations across 10 eastern Pennsylvania counties, is seeking Windows 11 Build/Deploy Contractors. These hands-on roles within the PC Support Team involve configuring, deploying, and supporting technical equipment while ensuring seamless operations for end-users across the organization. This role is 100% onsite in the Bethlehem, PA area, with compensation of up to $25/hr., based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, image, and deploy Windows 11 devices, ensuring accuracy in data and application setups.
• Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, security, and network connectivity, using a consultative and problem-solving approach.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and post-installation support to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain and update asset inventory records for hardware and peripherals.
• Adhere to defined technology standards and policies while fostering collaboration through timely communication.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with PC hardware, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in configuring and supporting Windows 10/11 environments, including basic network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, disk encryption tools (e.g., BitLocker), and printer/scanner configuration.
• Experience with break/fix processes and tools such as SCCM (preferred).
• Strong analytical and customer service skills, with a friendly, flexible, and service-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations within the Lehigh Valley region.
