Description Position Overview: Communiboost is seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to join our team ASAP. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees, creating a positive and professional impression of our organization. As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in managing the front desk and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the office.

Key Responsibilities - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
- Schedule and manage appointments for staff members.
- Provide information to clients and visitors about the organization and its services.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
