Position Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department as necessary.
• Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time and customer satisfaction scores.
• Follow established scripts and workflows while adapting to customer needs.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
