Bilingual EN-FR Marketing Coordinator

Our client in the medical wear sector is seeking to hire a creative and organized Bilingual (EN-FR) Marketing Coordinator in Montreal (onsite 2 days weekly) to support the marketing team with content creation, social media management, promotional materials, and project coordination.

Requirements:

  • Education : University degree or equivalent.
  • Experience : 1+ years in marketing
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Proficient with social media platforms (FB, Instagram, and LinkedIn), Canva, Mailchimp, and Microsoft Office


Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Support : Execute marketing plans (digital/traditional), maintain brand standards, and manage marketing inventory.
  • Content Creation : Create engaging content, manage scheduling tools, and monitor community engagement.
  • Project Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage events, catalog production, and advertising opportunities.
  • Administrative Tasks : Approve invoices, monitor budgets, and track projects using tools like Monday Board.
  • Digital Updates : Manage website updates, email campaigns (Mailchimp), and landing pages.
