The Opportunity:

ML6 is pleased to be partnering with a leading healthcare organization in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst, Operations, to join their growing team. You will be directly supporting the company's clinic planning function, delivering deeper clinic business insights to drive performance.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Establish strong relationships with Regional and Operations Directors within their region
• Deliver annual clinic budgets and periodic forecasts for your assigned region
• Collaborate with the clinic focused FP&A team and work closely with Corporate FP&A functions
• Develop and circulate relevant KPI's and tools for the field team to drive operational improvement
• Measure clinic performance against defined budgets, forecasts, and operational targets
• Deliver clear, concise, relevant, and timely reporting to the team on a weekly or monthly basis

What You'll Need To Be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience, preferably in an operations finance capacity
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to present at all levels of management
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Power BI experience would be an asset
• CFA or CPA designation would be an asset
