My client is a family office based in NYC looking to hire a Director of Operations.

I am looking for someone with an Investor Services background; must have experience with LPAs/PPMs, KYC/AML, capital calls/ distros, onboarding, etc.

Small firm, great quality of life (hours are 9-5)

Total comp (pending background/experience) 150-200k

Responsibilities

• Reconciling and processing all trustee activity
• Manage and handle all outside requests for GP activity, held investments, etc.
• Strong knowledge of LPAs and PPMs, must be able to interpret these docs
• Compliance requests like fund and SEC filings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Finance or a similar field with a strong overall GPA
• 10-15yrs of experience in an Investor Services role with experience in all responsibilities listed
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• The ability to go in office 5 days/week when needed
• Fluency in Spanish a plus!
