A dynamic investment firm is seeking an HRIS Associate to join their team in Stamford, CT. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in HR data management or related fields, with proficiency in Excel and a passion for data analysis.
Salary: $100K - $120K
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Onsite: Monday - Friday in office
Responsibilities:
- Manage the HRIS system, ensuring employee data is entered, maintained, and audited accurately
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) to manipulate, analyze, and report data
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and consistency of HR data
- Handle sensitive HR data with discretion, adhering to privacy regulations and company policies
- Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize HR workflows and automation
- Automate regular HR reports to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
- Provide data-driven reports and insights to HR and other teams, assisting with ad-hoc inquiries
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in a data-driven or HRIS-related role, with financial services industry experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR data with discretion
