Aruba Mobility Engineer
Our client, a service and solution technology provider focused on building strong relationships with clients, is seeking an Aruba Mobility Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, architecting, and implementing Aruba Networks solutions, with a focus on Wireless, CX switching, Clearpass, NAC, and Aruba Central. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Aruba Networks technologies, a passion for delivering high-quality solutions, and excellent communication skills. This role requires collaborating with both internal teams and clients to ensure optimal network performance and efficiency. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days on site per week.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team and clients to gather business requirements and design tailored Aruba Networks solutions
- Architect and deploy Aruba Wireless technologies, such as access points, controllers, and management platforms, ensuring high-performing and reliable wireless networks
- Plan and implement Aruba CX switching infrastructure to align with clients' networking needs
- Configure and integrate Clearpass for network access control (NAC), policy enforcement, and guest access management
- Leverage Aruba Central for comprehensive network management, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to both customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure Aruba Networks solutions are implemented following best practices and meet the specific needs of the customer
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in Aruba Networks technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) or Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX) certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in designing, architecting, and deploying Aruba Networks solutions
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, security best practices, and related technologies
- Familiarity with additional networking technologies and vendors is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven success in delivering high-quality network solutions on time and within budget
