Executive Assistant

Our client is actively searching for an Executive Assistant to add to their team. The person in this position will be responsible for supporting the CMO with calendar management, project management, travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings/events. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant and must be a confident person with a can-do attitude.

**Candidates must be local to the Boston/Cambridge area to be considered as this role is 4-5 days on-site/week.**

Compensation : starting at $120k/yr+

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a partner to the CMO
• Manage CMO calendar, schedule their meetings and prepare meeting materials
• Travel arrangements (domestic and international)
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Project management
• Assist with planning and preparing for high-level events
• Exercise good judgement, focusing on key priorities
• Develop strong relationships quickly

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-Suite required
• Ability to be flexible with everchanging priorities and deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
