Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team and support a leading financial client. This is a hybrid role available in Kennesaw, NYC, Richmond, or Jersey City , with a 12-18 month contract duration offering a competitive pay rate of $56-57.87/hr .
As an Infrastructure Project Manager , you will be responsible for the completion of testing ECI test plans and consolidating all remediation plans . You will lead projects related to risk assessment, infrastructure evaluation, and process optimization to ensure sustainable governance and business continuity processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete testing ECI test plans and consolidate all remediation plans .
- Develop and demonstrate test outcomes, including dependency chains , evaluated risk, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Update governance processes and routines for remediation plans and implement sustainable routines.
- Update Infrastructure Management Policies , restoral plan reviews , and Business Continuity standards to meet ECI restoral test requirements.
- Maintain and enhance the single process inventory with new evaluation criteria to measure the ECI program.
- Create and document operational runbooks and other materials to support real-time restoration without vendor support.
- Manage relationships with vendors (e.g., Cisco, VMware) and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Develop strategies and reports in collaboration with audit and compliance teams to address risk management requirements.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and executives effectively.
- Use MS Office Suite tools to track, document, and present project progress.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5+ years of Project Management experience in Infrastructure, Risk Management , or Network technologies .
- MRA or MRA2 experience is a must.
- Proven experience with risk management , including creating remediation plans, runbooks, restoral plans, and restoral test plans .
- Strong understanding of infrastructure or network technologies , including: Firewalls, routers, switches, SDN, DDI, proxy, load balancer, Cisco, Bluecoat, Checkpoint, Fortinet, F5, Linux, Windows, data centers, DMZ
- Hands-on experience with vendor management , working with suppliers such as Cisco and VMware .
Preferred Skills:
- Experience creating ECI test plans .
- ITIL Certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with auditing and reporting procedures .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for resolving complex issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills , including the ability to influence stakeholders and lead discussions.
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations , simplify processes, and collaborate to drive results.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- BS/BA Degree in a relevant field.
