About Our Client:
Addison Group is hiring for our client, a global specialty and Property & Casualty insurer. This is a contract role for 3 to 6 months. There is potential to extend.
Job Description:
The Compliance Analyst will manage the insurance forms, rate, and rule filing processes for new and existing Property & Casualty insurance products. This role involves collaborating with compliance, actuarial, and underwriting teams to enhance ratemaking and product development functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute the filing process for insurance forms, rates, and rules.
- Respond to follow-up inquiries from state insurance departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product design and ratemaking efforts.
- Review and ensure accuracy in policy forms, manuscript language, and related documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the forms and rate filing process within Property & Casualty insurance
- Supervisory experience a plus!
- Experience with commercial insurance lines, particularly from underwriting and actuarial perspectives.
- Proficiency in reviewing policy forms and manuscript language.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Hybrid 2 to 3 days a week on-site. 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
