Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to support the management and enhancement of a ServiceNow platform. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules, including SecOps, Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Contract Asset Management (CAM). This position will focus on automating NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities while adhering to ServiceNow best practices and maintaining system resiliency.

The scope of this project involves operations and maintenance (O&M), development, modernization, and enhancements (DME) of the platform, integrating enterprise tools and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce). The candidate will work in an Agile environment, collaborate with teams, and ensure the platform maintains its Authority to Operate (ATO).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across modules such as SecOps, IRM, and CAM.
  • Automate NIST RMF processes and activities to enhance system efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide operations and maintenance (O&M) and modernization and enhancement (DME) support for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Integrate enterprise tools and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce) into the ServiceNow platform.
  • Support Agile practices and performance-based deliverables.
  • Maintain and expand system support to cover up to 130 systems by year two.
  • Ensure the platform’s Authority to Operate (ATO) is sustained and compliant with federal requirements.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in ITSM/ITOM with extensive knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization.
  • 3+ years of experience with HRSD, EAM, SecOps, GRC, IRM, and ITAM modules.
  • Demonstrated experience as a technical lead in more than 3 ServiceNow implementations, with at least 2 in federal agencies.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) administration.
  • Experience implementing web services in ServiceNow, including integrations using jQuery, Java, CMDB, and/or asset management.
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  • ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, ITOM, or related modules.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, glide, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST web services.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and performance-based project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including federal agencies.
  • Experience in cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, Salesforce).
