On behalf of one of our international clients, YER is searching for an ambitious Service Technician/Engineer.

Job description

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Installation and commissioning of company products/systems throughout the Americas.
• Service and support installed systems.
• Provide training to customers.
• Manage customer’s open issues to resolution.
• Provide phone/remote/on-call support to customers.
• Prepare inspection programs for our systems.
• Identify service and training opportunities.

Candidate profile

• Associate degree in Electronics/Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
• Advanced computer knowledge.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Customer and timeline oriented.
• Open to travel– must have a valid Passport (up to 75%).
• Flexibility to work overtime and, if necessary, weekends.
