Director of Property Management

Direct Hire; $135K plus bonus based on performance and can commission off leases

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess a thorough knowledge of property management operations
• Effective team skills as a player and in management and leadership of a team.
• Skilled in modeling company core values and fostering a collaborative team in a company culture of excellence.
• Excellent human relation skills demonstrating the ability to deal with Clients, Tenants, Vendors and stakeholders.
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm, good attitude, trustworthiness, personal integrity and honesty
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to exercise good judgment and self-control
• Impeccable driving/criminal record check/bondable
• Excellent understanding of financial statements and accounting reports
• Computer competency in Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency on Excel and Word, as well as property management software (Yardi).

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION :

• Minimum 7 - 12 years combined experience and education
• Will oversee a dynamic team of managers, while building value for real estate assets in the retail, office, flex and industrial sector.
• Team manages $1Billion assets currently under management with approximately 7.5 Million SF.
• Will oversee a property and also oversee the region.
• Must know Budgets, CAM, expert in Yardi, budgets, someone that can correct Yardi if it fails.
• For this role, the Director of Property Management can also commission on leasing.
• Senior person, someone that is mature, cultural & family oriented. Someone that is grounded and set.
• Required to travel across country when needed. They will need to handle big assets they have.
• CA Real Estate License Required
