Job Title: Business Analyst
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our client services, focusing on the maintenance of ATMs and related products. This role combines client relationship management, data analysis, and operational oversight to support both existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Operations Management:
- Manage relationships with existing and new clients.
- Monitor and maintain ATM networks and associated products.
- Respond to client queries and manage team inboxes efficiently.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze and monitor data related to ATM performance and maintenance.
- Generate reports and respond to data queries, providing actionable insights.
- Utilize tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL (if applicable) to support data-driven decisions.
Task Management & Organization:
- Set and manage daily tasks independently without the need for micromanagement.
- Ensure the accuracy and attention to detail in all operational tasks, especially when dealing with large cash flows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst role or similar.
- Proficiency in Excel and general computer literacy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets accurately.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage workloads independently and work collaboratively in a team.
